We want you to be a part of our team, from Warsaw, as a Monitoring Engineer.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

- Administering the infrastructure monitoring systems (such as Microsoft SCOM)

- Monitoring the IT infrastructure consisting of different OS, applications, services and devices

- Creating dashboards and alerts

- Troubleshooting monitoring related issues

- Deploying, upgrading and patching Microsoft SCOM and other monitoring systems

 - Capacity planning, tuning and optimization

- Updating the technical documentation and operating procedures

- Providing 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinating with 3rd line of support

- Participation in coordination and project meetings

- Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

- At least 5 years of experience

-  Hands-on experience in administration of complex monitoring systems deployed in non-heterogeneous and containerized environments including Cloud services

- Experience with MS SCOM monitoring

- Experience with Dynatrace monitoring

- Experience with MP Studio and SquaredUp dashboards

- Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning of monitoring infrastructure

- Experience in scripting on Windows Servers (PowerShell)

- Hands-on experience in administration of MS Windows Servers and Linux Servers

- Hands-on experience in administering virtual infrastructures

- Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups Skills

-Good organizational and prioritizing skills

-Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
