We want you to be a part of our team, from Warsaw, as a Microsoft Database Administrator.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

- Administration and monitoring MS SQL based database services

- Providing 2nd line support to database management

- Update the technical documentation and operating procedures

- Troubleshooting databases

- Deploying databases 

- Extracting, transforming and loading data

- Planning capacity and availability of databases, tuning and optimizing databases

- Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures- Database monitoring and tuning

- Database incident management

- Reporting on activities

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in: 

-Experience in woking in Restricted environments 

- Active EU security clearance at Confidential level (or higher) 

- Knowledge of DBPlus Performance Monitor application 

- Creating and managing Always On deployments 

-Mastery of recovery models (Full, Simple, Bulk-Logged) and disaster recovery methodologies  

-Expertise in using tools like SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, and Dynamic Management Views (DMVs) to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks 

-Experienced in administration of complex MS SQL based systems deployed in distributed environments 

- Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of databases 

- Experience in scripting MS SQL databases, data transformations and ETL tools including cloud services 

- Experience in design, implementation and maintenance Microsoft Business Intelligence on-premises tools and services 

- Experience in design, implementation and maintenance Microsoft Fabric tools and services 

- Hands-on Experience in monitoring systems 

- Hands-on Experience in administering virtual infrastructure

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate 

 -Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate

- Very good command of English.
