ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

 

We want you to be a part of our team, from Warsaw, as a Application and Integration Architect.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

- Has performed the role of key architect in the development and deployment of at least one enterprise-wide integration platform.

- Has a minimum of two years of experience as an application architect, preferably within the public sector or EU agencies.

- Demonstrates expert knowledge of systems integration architecture at both data and API levels.

- Has expert experience in designing enterprise-level connectors, integration flows, services, and enterprise service bus solutions.

- Demonstrates expert knowledge of capacity planning and security design for integration platform capabilities.

- Is familiar with integration patterns, standards, and models.

- Is familiar with serverless and containerisation platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Possesses excellent technical knowledge of integration platforms such as TIBCO or MuleSoft, service-oriented architecture, databases, application servers, communication middleware, web applications, cloud integration patterns, business intelligence concepts, systems integration, and the Software Development Lifecycle.

- Has sound knowledge of systems and application design using UML.

- Has experience with enterprise architecture modelling using ArchiMate.

- Is proficient in systems modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent.

- Is familiar with recognised architecture standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, the Azure Well-Architected Framework, or similar.

- Is familiar with DevSecOps principles and practices.

- Has sound knowledge of hybrid systems and application integration.

- Has extensive experience aligning application development and architecture with business needs.

- Has experience providing architecture services for large-scale IT systems used to manage operational resources deployed by a centralised function to external, distributed, and diverse entities.

- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Produces clear, accurate, and effective technical and architectural documentation.

- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to provide architectural direction to multidisciplinary teams.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

- Define and enforce standards for solution design, development, quality assurance, and testing.

- Design and communicate enterprise-wide database and data architectures.

- Develop database schemas, analytical platforms, business intelligence services, and data governance frameworks.

- Elicit business and user needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

- Convert business, user, and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures.

- Map business objectives, expected benefits, priorities, system components, and key features.

- Assess existing systems, applications, services, and technology environments.

- Identify and evaluate potential solution options and architectural approaches.

- Maintain and track architecture throughout the full system lifecycle.

- Estimate and size network infrastructure in line with system and business application requirements.

- Contribute to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management activities.

- Prepare technical and system documentation and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

- Lead development teams and oversee development processes.

- Select, assess, and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret system performance and operational metrics.

- Optimise systems from performance, security, scalability, and quality perspectives.

- Contribute to the Enterprise Architecture repository and manage required architectural artefacts.

Certifications:

At least 2 certifications among:

[1] Iasa Architect CITA-A or equivalent

[2] Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent

[3] Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals or equivalent

[4] TIBCO Certified Associate or equivalent or equivalent

[5] Certified SOA Architect or equivalent
