WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

  • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting ERP and enterprise applications across multiple environments.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices within the ERP software lifecycle to ensure secure and compliant deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code supporting ERP system deployment, configuration and integration.
  • Integrate automated testing, security scanning and compliance checks into the application delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions follow best practices in terms of automation, code quality, security and system reliability.
  • Support the integration of ERP systems within the broader EEAS IT application landscape through secure and automated deployment mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams and security specialists to ensure efficient and secure software delivery processes.
  • Monitor and optimize build, deployment and release pipelines to improve performance, reliability and traceability.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members regarding DevOps practices, automation tools and CI/CD platforms in a complex and highly interconnected IT environment.

Requirements

 

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, backed by strong expertise in software engineering, automation, and DevOps practices, particularly within enterprise application environments.

Programming / Scripting

  • Python
  • Bash / Shell scripting
  • JavaScript (for automation or pipeline scripting)

CI/CD Platforms

  • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Enterprise, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
  • Version control using Git-based collaboration platforms

Infrastructure and Automation

  • Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
  • Containerization technologies (Docker)
  • Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)

DevSecOps Practices

  • Integration of SAST, DAST, dependency scanning and container security scanning into CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle practices
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts

Systems and Platforms

  • Linux system administration
  • Cloud and hybrid environments
  • Networking fundamentals

Databases

  • Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle

Additional Competencies

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to work within complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to respect deadlines, report in a structured way, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English and good command of French.
