ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We currently support euLISA in and we want you to join our team, based in Strasbourg, as a Senior Test Management Specialist to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Strasbourg in an NEAR SITE position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).

Seidor in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate solutions/information projects for the EU-LISA.

The Prüm II Project (also referred to as the Prüm Recast) is a European Union initiative in the field of security and police cooperation aimed at modernising and expanding the original Prüm framework (Prüm I).

Prüm II aims to improve and accelerate the automated exchange of information between EU Member States in order to prevent, detect and investigate serious crime and terrorism, using more advanced technologies and additional data categories.

What does Prüm II add or improve?

1. New data categories

In addition to DNA, fingerprints and vehicle data, Prüm II introduces:

• Facial images (facial recognition)
• Extended police records
• Potential links with other EU large-scale IT systems

2. Modern technologies

Faster and more automated searches

Improved interoperability with EU systems such as:

• EES
• ETIAS
• VIS
• Eurodac
• SIS

3. Stronger role of eu-LISA

eu-LISA is designated as the main technical agency responsible for the development and operation of the IT infrastructure.

4. Reinforced legal safeguards

Stronger guarantees regarding:

• Data protection
• Fundamental rights
• Logging, monitoring and audit of access

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Design and develop automated testing scripts (functional, integration, and performance).
• Create and maintain test cases for:
• RESTful API validation,
• Full end-to-end system workflows.
• Conduct load, stress, and scalability tests in a cloud environment.
• Support corrective testing during the final two months by identifying and resolving critical defects.
• Develop and implement RESTful API endpoints for fingerprint data exchange.
• Develop structured logging, traceability, and system auditing.
• Contribute to the generation of synthetic training datasets for testing.
