Technical consultant (Solution Design/Development Expert) - Luxembourg - On site

We are on the lookout for a Technical consultant (Solution Design/Development Expert)  to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Luxembourg in an On site position.

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

Below are the details of your role and requirements. 

Your role:

• Provide technical consultancy services for document and archive management 
  systems.
• Implement and maintain solutions for document conversion (e.g., AKN4EU, HTML, 
  XML, XHTML, Formex).
• Design, implement, and integrate microservices-based solutions, including SOAP, 
  RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
• Develop software and maintain systems, ensuring integration with existing 
  infrastructure.
• Implement and design software solutions, including user interfaces (UI) and 
  microservices.
• Work with Java, JavaScript (NodeJS), and frameworks such as Spring Boot for 
  software development and maintenance.
• Integrate and manage web servers and application servers such as WebLogic and 
  Tomcat.
• Perform data storage, processing, and security tasks with relational databases 
  (PL/SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Utilize Amazon Cloud services (AWS, S3, EC2) and Terraform for infrastructure and deployment.
• Maintain and manage Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, Bamboo) for 
  project management and development.
• Work with Docker and container-based solutions for deployment.
• Perform testing and security scanning using tools like Sonar, JUnit, MUnit.
• Participate in technical working groups, meetings with developers, stakeholders, and non-technical users.
• Contribute to risk management, testing, test design, and security scanning.
• Produce technical and functional documentation related to the solutions.
